The novel Winter Letters<\/em><\/a> by Agust\u00edn Fern\u00e1ndez Paz has reached its 30th<\/sup> edition in \u201cF\u00f3ra de Xogo\u201d, the young adults\u2019 collection from Edici\u00f3ns Xerais. To highlight this event, the publisher has released a book trailer by David Rodr\u00edguez. The images used belong to the graphic novel which Antonio Seijas created based on Fern\u00e1ndez Paz\u2019s novel.<\/span><\/p>\n Originally published in 1995, Winter Letters<\/em> had a magnificent reception by male and female readers from the very beginning. This favourable reception continued in other languages. The Catalan translation (Cartes d’hivern<\/em>. Edicions Bromera) inaugurated a new collection, \u201cEl Naveg@nte\u201d (\u2018The Navig@tor\u2019), and was later republished in \u201cGran Angular\u201d (\u2018Wide Angle\u2019), also with several editions. Moreover, the novel has been translated into Basque (Neguko gutunak<\/em>. Elkar), into Portuguese (Cartas de inverno<\/em>. Contempor\u00e1nea Editora) and into Breton (Tasmant en ti<\/em>. Sav-Heol).\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n It was also well received by the critics. In 1996 it won the Ra\u00f1olas Award for best young adults\u2019 book of the year. The Catalan edition was a finalist in the Young Protagonist Award, which is awarded by readers\u2019 votes. Finally, the magazine <\/span><\/span>CLIJ.
