The programme\u2019s producers presented the story on their website as follows:<\/p>\n<div>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">A new work by one of the great Galician authors of children\u2019s literature: Agust\u00edn Fern\u00e1ndez Paz. The fascination boys and girls have for animals is the crux of <em>Amizades secretas<\/em>, an original narration with a dual perspective: that of a family of mice and that of the humans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Click on <a href=\"http:\/\/A team of scriptwriters\u2014three women and two men\u2014are commissioned to write the scripts for a future television series entitled The Frontiers of Fear. In order to concentrate on their task, they agree to stay in an isolated hotel in A Fonsagrada, the mountainous region of Lugo. Their wintry refuge is inhabited by the couple who run it and three other guests.  On their third day there, it begins to snow. The storm threatens to go on for quite some time and disrupts the communications and electricity so they are isolated from the world. As they work on the stories for the series, they discover that nobody in the hostel is who they seem to be and an unstoppable fear begins to filter into their lives.  La nieve interminable is a novel with a mystery as its central theme.
